The Sacral Chakra is located at the Pelvic area just below the belly button, and it governs Sexuality, creativity, passion, the ability to relate to the world, and nurturing healthy relationships. When this chakra is balanced, you feel Passion and Enthusiasm.

How do you know if your Sacral Chakra is unbalanced?

With an underactive sacral chakra, you feel dependency, frustration, shame, over-indulgence, depression, and fear of pleasure, and a lack of pleasure. 

If this Chakra is overactive, you will have mood swings, hysteria, sexual addictions, seductive manipulation, and guilt.
