Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order shipment, we will contact you by email or text.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method USPS 

​

  • Priority Mail 1 to 3 Business Days 

  • Priority Mail Express: Next day to 2 days

  • Orders of $150 or more ship free Priority Mail

​

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please get in touch with us if you need overnight delivery.

 

Delay Packages

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Ardor 7 ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Taxes

 

Ardor 7 applies an 8.25% sales tax to orders shipped to Texas. Taxes will reflect during checkout. 

 

Received a Damaged Product?

 

If your order arrived damaged, please email Ardor 7 at info@ardor7.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged product. 

 

Ardor 7 is not liable for lost packages; contact USPS  to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope everyone loves Ardor 7 as much as we do, but we understand some things aren't for everyone.  Contact us within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For digital products, exchanges or returns are not accepted.
