The Third Eye Chakra is located between the eyebrows, and it governs Intuition, spiritual guidance, inner vision, and wisdom. When this chakra is balanced, you have insight and a strong intuition.

How do you know if your Third Eye Chakra is unbalanced?

With an underactive Third Eye chakra, you may feel chronic tiredness, dizziness, lack of common sense, poor memory, and not feel connected to your actions. 

If this Chakra is overactive, you will feel Nervousness, anxiety, denial, nightmares, scattered thoughts, and vivid dreams.
